Great community to live in. I haven’t had any complaints thus far. All maintenance orders I’ve put in Stephen has been able to complete without any further problems in a timely manner. He has been very professional and kind, along with the other general staff members.

I’ve had two apartments with Admiral Place. Both experiences went perfectly fine for me. Me being stationed down the road at Andrews, this is a perfect place so you don’t have to put up with Beltway traffic. I won’t be here forever. I’m just here because of my assignment. But having a nice one bedroom place right outside the base gate has made my life easier! Rent is very reasonable for military, and staff I’ve dealt with thus far have been friendly and want to help.
