Admiral Place Apartment is a quiet, pet friendly property. The leasing staff are awesome. Anything I need they make sure they go above and beyond for me and the rest of the residence. Any maintenance work I need done they get it done. If there was such a thing of a 10 star rating they would get 10 stars. They keep the property up to date. They even added 10 more visitor parking spaces. I am really appreciative for that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great community to live in. I haven’t had any complaints thus far. All maintenance orders I’ve put in Stephen has been able to complete without any further problems in a timely manner. He has been very professional and kind, along with the other general staff members.

I’ve had two apartments with Admiral Place. Both experiences went perfectly fine for me. Me being stationed down the road at Andrews, this is a perfect place so you don’t have to put up with Beltway traffic. I won’t be here forever. I’m just here because of my assignment. But having a nice one bedroom place right outside the base gate has made my life easier! Rent is very reasonable for military, and staff I’ve dealt with thus far have been friendly and want to help.
